Recently Shoppers Drug Mart and new-to-Windsor Rexall have been having this insane price war over 4L bags of milk, in Windsor west.  The Shoppers on Huron Church had milk for something like $1.79 over a week ago, and it has been trickling down ever since.  Rexall was matching the prices with their sign up until recently.  This morning at Shoppers, milk was $0.27 for something that's usually priced at $4 and up.  This afternoon it was down to $0.17, and I'm told it is now selling for $0.07.  SEVEN CENTS!  Milky madness!

So, is Rexall the new Big V or something??

Sorta going along with my post about Denial's poster the other day, here's a little play on an all too familiar sign I noticed while out photo-ing.  Located near the University's Alumni Field.

With all the DRIC vs Greenlink stuff going on in town, it looks like Windsor artist O3N!@L was able to capitalize on the monotony of political terminology! I saw this sign placed on Huron Church, near the University's Lebel Building a few weeks back, and thought it was worth a good laugh and a stop at the side of the road for a pic!
